Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at support@trypetkit.com with your order number. We'll provide return shipping instructions. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund — you won't need to pay anything upfront.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the return shipping cost.
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider before contacting us — processing times vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trypetkit.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it immediately — return shipping is covered by us in these cases.
What We Don't Accept
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
